How can I buy?
If you select “BUY” you send a confirmed order of the items in the cart and you confirm to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields without which the order can not be processed. We also remind you to accept the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page, by selecting the box next to the "Place order" button. By law, your data will be processed in full compliance with the legislation in force and will not be shared with anyone. This page is protected with a secure server and your data will be transmitted in encrypted form, illegible by anyone. Safety is one of our dots, as is quality. Within 24 hours (except Saturday, Sunday and other national holidays) the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order (check in SPAM if you do not receive anything), containing information about the product purchased, the price, shipping cost, VAT (if due) and type of payment chosen.
Which methods of payment are accepted?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal (PayPal allows payment with all credit cards, debit cards and rechargeable cards with maximum security). In case of payment by bank transfer, please use the order ID as a reason for payment. Your order will not be sent until funds are transferred to our bank account. We suggest you to send a copy of the bank transfer in response to the order e-mail to speed up operations. In case of payment via PayPal the charge is made immediately; you will be redirected to the PayPal page dedicated to the payment of 300dpi STUDIO, owner of the brand Musicinstrumentstore.eu
What about delivery?
Items are delivered by express courier (UPS or TNT). The parcel is delivered to the address you provided when ordering. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number so you can trace the shipment and the delivery date. If you live in a NOT European Country, the import duties and taxes are at your charge. We have no control on the import duties that are different in each country, so we suggest you to contact the customs office in your country to check the import costs. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the receiver at the address indicated in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the receiver is still absent, the goods will be sent back to the sender. For this reason we kindly ask you to provide a delivery address where there is always someone. At the delivery, you must sign the delivery document with reserve and immediately check the condition of the product. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours from the reception. After this deadline, complaints will not be accepted.
What should I do after ordering?

Yes of course. Be sure to write all the required information. If you forget something, don’t worry: we'll contact you.
Can I have the parcel shipped to an address different from the billing address?
Yes of course. Maybe you would like to make a gift to your friend and send it directly to him: no problem! When completing the order, write the delivery address and we will do it.
